Return Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and receive a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards, digital items

What are your return method options?

Original Payment Method - prepaid shipping label - $7.00

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1.  Send us an email at orders@falseidol.co for return/exchange instructions. Please let us know your order number, name on the order, and item[s] you would like to return
  2. If your order qualifies for a return we will send you a prepaid shipping label
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@falseidols.co

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@falseidols.co for instructions.
